特克斯和凱科斯群島（英語：Turks and Caicos Islands），位於中美洲巴哈馬群島東南的英國屬地，屬西印度群島的一部分。由特克斯群島和凱科斯群島30多個島嶼組成，其中8個常年有人定居，面積430平方千米。各島多為石灰石島，地勢低平。人口36,000人(2008年)，多為黑人。通用英語。經濟以漁業為主，有魚產品加工業和制鹽業。首府科伯恩城，人口5,100人(2004年)。
